Terms & Conditions
For your convenience, we have translated the Terms & Conditions in English. This translation is for information purposes only. The definite version of this page is the German version that you find here.
The following terms and conditions apply for all orders made in our online shop by private customers or companies.
A private customer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. A company is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that, when entering into a legal transaction, exercises its commercial or independent professional activity.
With regard to companies, these terms and conditions also apply to future business relationships, without us having to refer to them again. If the company uses conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions, its validity is hereby contradicted; they only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed in writing before a transaction.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The purchase agreement is concluded with Amber Rose Olivier Pelz.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time, before sending your binding order, by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded by accepting the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Language of contract, storage of wording of contract
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English.
We save the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible on the Internet.

Failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your legal claims, in particular your rights of warranty. However, your immediate action helps us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
